$90 per session for checks or cash payments. (See Insurance below).
Pilates Session Fees
1 session* = $60
4 sessions = $220
8 sessions = $424
12 sessions = $600
*A session is 55 minutes long.
Insurance
Important Update
Starting in 2026, we will no longer accept insurance. This decision allows us to work directly for our clients, not insurance companies—free from coverage limitations, authorizations, and administrative requirements that can interfere with care.
By stepping away from insurance participation, we’re able to focus our time, energy, and attention where it belongs: on you. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing our work together with clarity, flexibility, and intention.
